On August 4, 2015,the Inauguration ceremony of Wan Fo Monastery,Hailar,China & Consecration Ceremony for Buddhist Statues & Abbot Enthronement Ceremony for Master Huaishan ,the leaders of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the National Religious Affairs Bureau, the Chinese Buddhist Association, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Buddhist Association and Hulunbeier City, Hailar District,and hundreds of monks from India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and China, Dade law enforcement and Mongolians and other local ethnic minority tens of thousands of people witnessed this historical moment.

      About 7 o'clock in the morning,under the auspices of the President of Chinese Buddhist Association Xuecheng, and many Elders,Dharma householder Dade’s support, the followers invited Master Huaishan to Dharma throne .

      The celebration was held in front of the Mahavira Hall, DLAI was invited as a guest to participate in the celebration, the celebration,the family elders from Nepal Lumbini Sangya also attended the celebration and delivered a speech, said the Shakya support and praise The completion of the Buddhist temple and the goodwill of the great monks for the Sino-Nepalese friendship and Dharma heritage made outstanding contributions.The President of the Sino-Nepal Friendship Association also attended the celebration. In 2014, DLAI was invited to do the Mahamaya Temple Planning,and had an exchange with her, and planning for the Mahamaya Temple,making a contribution to Nepal-china friendship.
